Orenair latest Direct Maintenance customer at Mombasa
The airline Orenair, based in Orenburg, Russia, has performed its inaugural flight between Moscow and Mombasa. Direct Maintenance was appointed as its line maintenance partner on site. The first flight into Mombasa was performed on 4 November 2011. The services will be conducted with a mix of B737-800 and B777-200 aircraft.
According Roger Meels, Technical Director with Direct Maintenance: "We are delighted to see the first direct connection between Russia and Mombasa, connecting a large travel market to the beautiful country of Kenya. We look forward to providing a superb level of line maintenance support in partnership with the Orenair team, so that the flights will be operated safe and on time".
