After extensive telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings when needed, we arrive at a short list, which is then submitted, to the client. When the client then chooses the candidates they wish to proceed with, we can make all the arrangements for the candidate to travel to the clients base for interview and we can also attend if requested.
We run full background checks and carefully check all references to ensure the bona fides of all candidates.

Robert Cousins BA (MKT), MBA is the Head of Operations and Sales for Direct Personnel Placement and heads up the Executive Recruitment division. Robert brings ten years of aviation experience with him with both airlines and aviation service companies and has a worldwide network within the industry. He holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Dublin and a BA in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan.
